Meet Liz Gabriel, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in functional and integrative medicine. She is licensed to serve patients in Nevada, Hawaii, Florida, Idaho, Washington, Utah, and Connecticut. Originally from Hawaii, she has been a resident of Northern Nevada since 2008. She is passionate about empowering her patients through health optimization and lifestyle transformation to achieve vibrancy, balance, and longevity.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

Our BHRT service is dedicated to restoring hormonal balance in women through the use of bioidentical hormones that closely resemble the body’s natural hormones. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Health and Wellness appointments provide a full review of your current health status. We take time to review your lifestyle, diet, lab work, and concerns to create a plan that supports overall wellness. We can offer guidance grounded in both conventional and integrative care practices. Due to the limitations of telemedicine, chronic or complicated medical condition may be better served by an integrative provider that can see you in person.
